For our clients with intellectual disabilities, such as autism, we provide specialized everyday support, protection, and the guidance they need.  The Autism spectrum is vast, and we work with families to customize a structured support system for our client and their families.

Understandably as we age, maintaining a home and household can have complications such as safety, security and the stresses of overseeing daily tasks.  Many of the elderly fall and are prone to fractured hips, skulls and broken bones. 

Here at Shields Manor, we provide our elderly clients protection and care by providing safe and secure surroundings for them, under close supervision.

 Hiring a private caregiver in your home can have many disadvantages.  Depending on the level of care required, one caregiver is usually not enough, as exhaustion and fatigue are the number one reasons many private caregivers do not stay, leaving the family with the stress of finding a replacement. 

Economically, the salary of a caregiver, including their benefits such as SSS, Phil-health, room & board, will cost more in the long run, with care quality that cannot be matched by what SHIELDS MANOR can deliver.  

Shields Manor employs numerous caregivers on a scheduled rotational shift to combat fatigue while accommodating the needs of all of our clients, on a 24/7 schedule. 

 In addition, staying with us can make more economic sense.  All of our packages include all utilities, wi-fi, electricity and water.  We can also provide transportation and a caregiver/companion for you wherever you need to go.
