We specialize in the care and daily living assistance of the disabled and the elderly.  

Due to aging, illness, recovery, or injury, our caregivers will provide reliable & professional customized services that you can trust.  

We offer both daily and monthly rates.

Our clients are never tied down with lease-term contracts.  

Life brings about many changes and we want to ensure that families are comfortable with our terms.

Open 24 hours/7 days

We encourage family time! 

Many of our clients have families that reside abroad.  

We are compassionate and understand that their stay is limited while they are in the Philippines, so we are open for family visits at all hours of the day or night.

 Those who avail of our Private VIP Suites can stay overnight with their loved ones. Our VIP Suites have an additional room for family members to stay overnight.

Experienced and Supportive

We understand that not one care plan fits all. 

Daily services include meal preparation, feeding, hygiene, grooming and toilet assistance, housekeeping, laundry, supervision, and medication management. 

 PEG & NGT clients are fed well-balanced nutritional customized formulas.

We take the time to get to know every resident's likes, needs, and wants to develop a plan that fits their personal care needs.

Compassion is a trait that you cannot teach, therefore, we only hire caregivers that are naturally caring individuals.

Our caregivers are trained in customer service.

We assist with everyday tasks to develop a strong caring relationship. 

Our caregivers are managed, monitored, and supervised 24/7 to ensure our residents are always safe and well cared for. 

24/7 CCTV Monitoring and Wi-Fi

Our residents are always only a button away.  

We provide 24/7 CCTV security, Video Monitoring, and live streaming.  You can check on your loved one via social media links like Messenger or Facebook feeds or for an additional fee access a personal camera for peace of mind.

Our residents can avail of our FREE WI-FI and smart TVs anytime. 

Hospital Sitting Services

Our staff is based on-site, day and night.  

We work day and night on a specialized rotational shift so that every client has an alert, knowledgeable caregiver.  

If your loved one should require a hospital stay; our caregivers will accompany our resident through the duration of their hospital stay.

This service is only available to our residents. 

Physical Therapy Services

We offer Physical Therapy services to aid in the quick recovery of stroke and accident victims. 

The sooner physical therapy sessions commence after a stroke or accident the quicker and greater the chances of a full or partial recovery.  

Physical Therapy sessions are held here at Shields Manor with our experienced partnered therapist.  

This service is available to all our residents for an additional fee.  

On Call Medical Professionals

We have On Call Physicians and Nurses.

All first time residents much undergo a consultation with an exam by our ON CALL doctor.  This is to ensure that all medications are updated according to the resident's health care needs.   This examination/consult will take place within the first 2 weeks of the client's stay with us.  The exam may or may not include blood tests and a urinalysis.

(Doctor's consult/exam and all medical tests are an additional fee.)

Our 30/day rates vary depending on the level of care & type of room chosen.

Community Suite

2-3 persons per room with a shared bathroom.  This includes 24/7 caregiver support.  Grooming, Hygiene & toilet assistance.  All meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, wi-fi, recreation.  Utilities included.  Air-conditioned rooms.

Semi-Private Suite

Solo Private room with a shared bathroom.  This includes 24/7 caregiver support.  Grooming, Hygiene & toilet assistance.  All meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, wi-fi, recreation.  Utilities included.  Air-conditioned rooms.

Private VIP Suite

P72,850

Solo Private room with private bathroom and an additional room.  This includes 24/7 caregiver support.  Grooming, Hygiene & toilet assistance.  All meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, wi-fi, recreation.  Utilities included.  Air-conditioned rooms.

Bedridden/NGT & PEG Care (add'l fee every 30 days)

Residents that are bedridden, PEG or NGT pay an additional fee/30 days for each contraption.  A bedridden resident with a Trach would add P2850 x 2 per 30 days.

Dementia Care (additional fee)

Residents diagnosed with any form of Dementia pay an additional fee every 30 days.

Daily Rates

Community Suite daily rates; all-inclusive including Diapers and other disposable items for a 24-hour period. *  

*Dementia/PEG/NGT/Bedridden pay an additional P250/day                                                              

This includes 24/7 caregiver support.  Grooming, Hygiene & toilet assistance.   All meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, wi-fi, recreation.  Utilities included.  Air-conditioned rooms.      

Diapers, wipes and other disposables are NOT included in our rates. Prescription medications are NOT included in our rates. Residents are required to maintain a personal expense account for personal necessities such as medications, OTC and prescription, Physical Therapy sessions, etc.
